Everyone knows how stressful college can be so finding a way to destress is vital for success. I have found that participating in the group exercise classes offered by University Recreation (UREC) has been a great way to release stress and get a great workout! Fayetteville also offers many beautiful and scenic paths for walking, running or biking along. Just getting outside of the classroom and your mind off the books helps to relax. Destressing is a great way to survive the hectic life of a college student! The best way to survive school is having an outlet, or something else in your life besides school that allows you to have peace of mind. Also, do not be afraid to ask for help from professors, fellow students, or advisors on campus! Take advantage of all the information resources offered on campus to make your life easier. Building those connections with the available network will definitely guide you towards the path of success.
Achieving success is possible if you take the time to find what works best for you as a student. That can be done by finding the best spot to study or a great group to study with. I love studying in the Gearhart International Lounge because it is very homey and quiet, the perfect space for getting all my work completed! The U of A offers many great places to study all over campus. It is truly built for student success!
